BILLING & PAYMENT

All orders placed through this site will be invoiced to the appropriate retailer through normal channels. Payment should be made according to normal arrangements.

SHORT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If in the unlikely event your order arrives with shortages or faulty goods you must contact Resonate Branding Ltd on 028 92 621115 and report the issue within five working days.

CARRIAGE CHARGES

All uniform and product orders over £45 placed on this site are delivered FREE of charge. Orders totalling less than £45 are subject to a £4.50 delivery surcharge.

EXCHANGES

Goods supplied CANNOT be exchanged if they have been worn, washed, mishandled or soiled in any way. All items must be returned repackaged and fit for resale. Returns must be agreed in advance with Resonate Branding Ltd in line with our returns policy and all goods received within 14 days from date of invoice.

V.A.T.

All prices listed on this site are exclusive of VAT.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCT

If you have selected to have additional custom branding on your products you must approve all sample artwork before any work is carried out. Custom items cannot be exchanged or refunded once produced.
